If you have received a ACTIVEDOG item that you suspect has a defect, please let us know by email info@activedog.com.au, with details of the product (product name, colour, size, date of purchase and photo evidence of defect)
ACTIVEDOG will approve claims of product purchased from resellers or through activedog.com.au. Approved claims will be issued an e-Gift Card for the full replacement value of the product. Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:
- Improper use or misuse of the product
- Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
- Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire
