DOG RUNNING

Dogs love running, which becomes even more enjoyable when running together! Running with dogs, is an easy way to satisfy you dog's need for exercise while you get in better shape too. All you need to get started with is a handsfree running belt, a bungee lead, a dog harness specified for running, and good running shoes for yourself.

What separates dog running from walking or training is, your dog runs in front and pulls, which makes it a higher impact exercise and powered form of activity of exercise.
